Ft. Riley, ALOG has people disbursed among the total operation as a subcontractor
to LESCO at Fort Riley. ALOG also has the Division Level supervisor in Supply,
Transportation, the Ammunition Supply Point and the AOAP Lab. ALOG was involved
to some extent in all missions performed at Ft Riley. The Fort Riley effort provides all personnel, management, and any other items and services not government furnished necessary to perform the Ft. Riley installation level logistics support function to individual soldiers, DOD civilian employees, installation and tenant activities, and military units assigned to, mobilizing or demobilizing at Ft. Riley. Services provided are General Support and Direct Support (DS/GS) Maintenance including aircraft, National Maintenance Program Activities; Army Oil Analysis (AOL); Central Vehicle Wash Facility (CVWF); Cannibalization Point; Transportation Motor Pool (TMP); Hazardous Material Control Center (HMCC); Central Issue Facility (CIF); Ammunition Supply Point (ASP); General Storage and Warehousing; and Bulk Petroleum Oil and Lubricant (POL) Operations. ALOG provides qualified supervisory, technical and administrative personnel possessing the skills, knowledge and training to satisfactorily perform the required services ALOG provides warehousing support for a Storage and Warehousing Facility, Hazardous Material Distribution Center (HAZMART) and Troop Issue Subsistence Activity. In addition, we provide system administration and operation for HSMS automated system, data entry support, vehicle processing, including receiving, processing, classifying, documenting, unloading, segregating, storing, out loading, transporting, distribution,
issue, packaging, crating, blocking, bracing, shipment and inventory of
Class II,IIIP, IV, VII, and IX items. We provide backup Direct Support (DS), General Support (GS) Maintenance; Organizational Maintenance as required; directed National Maintenance Management Program (NMMP) repairs; approved Depot Maintenance on Government-owned automotive, combat vehicles, construction equipment, communications/electronics equipment, weapons/armaments, material handling, power supply, miscellaneous general equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment of units/activities stationed on or supported by Ft Riley in accordance with applicable regulations and technical manuals. The team is responsible for performing 10/20 maintenance on residual combat equipment of deployed units. We provide complete aircraft maintenance, repair and recovery support, to include Aviation Unit Maintenance, Aviation Intermediate Maintenance, required crew maintenance, approved depot maintenance, AR 5-9 maintenance and recovery requirements. We perform reset of UH-60A/L aircraft in support of AMCOM OLR. We perform DS Plus rebuild of M1 Tank engines on this effort and support contingency operations on highly accelerated timelines. For the Installation Consolidated Property Book Office (ICPBO), ALOG provides local office furniture, fixture and automation equipment moving/transportation services to installation administrative activities including disassembly and re-assembly of furniture, partitions and workstations. We receive, store and issue accountable supplies and equipment for garrison and tenant activities in accordance with applicable regulations. . The Team operates the Petroleum Oil & Lubricant (POL) Tank Farm to include requisitioning, receiving, storage, issue, delivery, and recording of fuel transactions, provide required data, and performs quality surveillance of bulk petroleum products and operates the retail gas facility in accordance with applicable regulations. ALOG operates the Central Issue Facility (CIF) including issuing, receiving, processing, classifying, documenting, unloading, segregating, storing, out loading, transporting, distribution, shipment and inventory for organic units and units that mobilize and demobilize from Ft. Riley. ALOG operates the ASP and transports ammunition to ranges. ALOG provides Class V support to U.S. Military Active/Reserve Components, as approved by the GAO including receiving, processing, classifying, documenting, unloading, segregating, storing, out loading, transporting, distribution, issue, packaging, crating, blocking, bracing, shipment and inventory of Class V ammunition and explosives in accordance with applicable regulations. |
